Going through health issues, one of the biggest things to overcome is how to stay comfortable in uncomfortable situations. Being able to put on a smile and carryout your day to day life at maximum capasity is STRENGTH. This strength will inherently make your heatlh issues not so bad, and the burrden on your loved ones wont be as heavy. Toughness through hard times is remembered. With that, this toughness has to be learned through experience, and your ability to build a team of people to help you maintain that STRENGTH referred to above.
